Updates...

So much has happened since my last entry related to the book. I've been on TV (CTN) for an interview. You can order the DVD of the show if you missed it. It was aired on Monday, December 3rd on the "Homekeepers with Arthelene Rippy" show.

The first book signing is underway as well. It will be December 16th at my home church, Victorious Life Church. If you need details for directions and stuff, just look up the church on the internet. We'll be selling the book at the signing for just $10. Hope to see you there!

Difficult weekend

On a very sad note, 2 people close to me died within the last 48 hours:



Clark Angell, who was my boss at my current job died of a heart attack on Saturday, October 27th while playing with his son. Clark leaves his wife, Leslie, and 2 children behind. Clark knew the Lord and was an active member and Sunday School Teacher at Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Brandon. Please remember the Angell family in your prayers.

Raleigh Wilson died in a work related incident on Monday, October 29th. He had served and attended Victorious Life Church for over 10 years. He was a huge part of the music ministry. Everyone who knew him, loved him because of his great personality and exuberance . We will miss him. Raleigh leaves his wife, Cybil, and 5 children behind. Raleigh knew the Lord, so he is now in heaven with his creator. Please remember the Wilson family in your prayers.

We are planning a book sigining at my home church, Victorious Life Church in Wesley Chapel Florida. I'm not sure of the date yet, but will post when it is finalized. We'll be selling books for $10 which is a little under the retail price, so be sure to come out and buy one...then I'll be available to sign it for you.

Just got word that the audio book has gone to print too. It should be available in the near future also, and I will provide those dates here when they are available as well.

I'm still trying to land some spots on the radio and TV, so keep those opportunities in your prayers for us.

The book is available!

The book is finally available...well, kind of. It is currently available via "pre-release" at my publishers website. The link is:

The "official" release date of the book is January 2nd, 2008. Unfortunately, setting up a book for distribution is a lengthy process and requires several companies (the publisher, distributor, wholesaler and internet sites) to all be in concert and on the same page. On the release date, the book can be ordered at any major bookstore or online website. It will be available in E-Book and Audio Book versions as well.

We are planning some book signings and promotional events that may be of interest to you. We'll keep you up to date on those as they came up.
